1. Garbage Tank (Sealed Compartment)
The main body of the vehicle is a fully sealed garbage compartment, designed to store compressed waste securely. Its airtight design prevents leakage and odors, helping to eliminate secondary pollution during transportation and improve urban hygiene.

2. Compacting System
Powered by a high-pressure hydraulic system, the compactor uses dual-direction compression for maximum efficiency. With a maximum crushing force of 12 tons, the system achieves a compression ratio of 1:1.2 and a compacted density of 0.8–0.9 tons/m³, allowing for 2.5 times more waste to be transported compared to non-compacting vehicles of the same tonnage.

3. Hydraulic Lifting Mechanism
The truck can be optionally equipped with various bin lifting devices, such as:
·Rear-mounted bin lifter (suitable for national standard 240L garbage bins)
·Flip bucket lifter (0.6 m³ capacity)
·PLC one-button control system for automated loading
This modular design allows easy adaptation to different waste collection methods and enhances operational flexibility.

4. Hydraulic Oil Tank
This tank supplies pressure to the compaction and lifting systems, ensuring stable and reliable operation. Key components are imported, offering high-pressure capacity, durability, and low maintenance requirements.

5. Sewage Collection Tank
A sewage tank of no less than 200 liters is built in to collect wastewater during compression. This prevents liquid overflow and ensures compliance with environmental protection standards by effectively eliminating leakage and secondary pollution.

6. Dual Operation System (Rear & In-Cab Controls)
The vehicle is equipped with both manual and automatic control modes, enabling operation from the driver’s cabin or the rear control panel. This dual-insurance design improves safety, increases operational reliability, and boosts overall vehicle utilization.

7. Manual Override Handle
An emergency manual system allows operation in the event of electrical or hydraulic failure, ensuring uninterrupted performance under all conditions.

8. Slide Rail Loading Mechanism
Works in conjunction with the lifting devices to guide bins smoothly during tipping, improving efficiency and ensuring stable, safe operation throughout the collection process.

9. Automated Operation System
The compactor truck uses a computerized control system to enable semi-automatic or fully automatic operation. A single driver can manage all loading, compressing, and discharging functions with minimal effort, significantly reducing the workload for sanitation workers and improving the working environment.

10.Fuel-Efficient Throttle Control
During specialized equipment operation, the computer system automatically adjusts the engine throttle to optimize fuel consumption, enhancing economic efficiency and reducing operational costs.
