TWL’s Bitumen Trucks are specialized vehicles engineered for transporting and distributing liquid asphalt in road construction and maintenance projects. The tank body is manufactured from Q235 carbon steel, with a 10 cm rock wool and PU foam insulation layer, ensuring excellent heat preservation during transport. The outer shell can be made of color-coated plate or stainless steel, combining durability with aesthetics.
Equipped with automatic ignition diesel burners and multiple heating options (electric, steam, or coal), TWL bitumen trucks allow rapid heating and continuous supply of high-temperature asphalt to paving equipment. The system also supports self-flow unloading, pump-pressure unloading, and pump suction, giving operators flexible working modes for different site requirements.
In addition, TWL offers synchronous chip sealing trucks that can spray asphalt binder and spread aggregate simultaneously, ensuring superior bonding and road durability. With advanced PLC-based control systems, precise spray volume is achieved automatically based on vehicle speed and project specifications, reducing waste and improving quality.
