The HOWO On-Site Mixed ANFO Explosive Truck is a specialized mining vehicle that integrates the transportation, mixing, and loading of raw materials directly at the blast hole . Built on the proven HOWO 8×4 heavy-duty chassis with a 1,800+3,775+1,400mm wheelbase and HOWO cab (LHD/RHD with A/C), this vehicle features a WEICHAI WP12.400E201 diesel engine delivering 400HP (257kW) with Euro III compliance, paired with an HW19710 10-speed manual transmission and HW70 flange PTO . The core system comprises a 15-18m³ stainless steel dry material box divided into multiple compartments for porous ammonium nitrate, a 1.0-1.2m³ diesel tank, and a three-stage spiral conveying system that enables precise delivery of materials to the blast hole . The advanced PLC computer digital control system allows operators to set precise ingredient ratios, with dosing accuracy maintained within ±2% . The vehicle is equipped with safety systems including over-temperature and over-pressure alarms, automatic shutdown on material shortage, and handheld remote control for safe distance operation . – The buyers can get a minimum warranty period of 12 months or 25000KM-50000KM, whichever comes first from the arrival date of shipment.
– During this period, we will send replacement parts and components to buyers by DHL, UPS, FEDEX or by air and by sea free of charge, easy-wearing spare parts are excluded.
– After warranty time, buyers can get all of spare parts of their truck at factory cost.
– This warranty does not cover any possible damage due to improper operaton, accident or misuse or damage due to any unauthorized services.
