The Dongfeng Aircraft Refueling Tank Trailer is a complete, mobile JET A1 refueling solution that combines the reliability of a Dongfeng prime mover with a purpose-built semi-trailer and safe access platform. The tractor head is available in 4×2 or 6×4 configurations, providing excellent maneuverability for airport ramp operations and highway transport. The semi-trailer tank is constructed from corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy or stainless steel with internal coating for fuel purity, available in single or multi-compartment designs. The hydraulic lifting platform (scissor lift or articulating boom) provides safe, stable access to aircraft wing or fuselage filler points with platform heights from 2.5 to 6.0 meters and 180°–360° rotation on articulating models. The high-flow pumping system delivers 800–2,000 L/min with dual-stage filtration meeting API 1581/EI 1590 standards, precision mass flow meter (±0.5% accuracy) with temperature compensation, and deadman-controlled overwing or underwing nozzle. Safety features include overfill protection, emergency shutdown, anti-slip platform floor, guardrails, and emergency descent system.

– The buyers can get a minimum warranty period of 12 months or 25000KM-50000KM, whichever comes first from the arrival date of shipment.
– During this period, we will send replacement parts and components to buyers by DHL, UPS, FEDEX or by air and by sea free of charge, easy-wearing spare parts are excluded.
