The 4,100×2,100×2,100mm refrigerated box (18.1m³) is constructed with a steel-wood structure, 2mm FRP inner/outer skins, 80mm XPS insulation, and aluminum check plate floor. The Thermo King RV-580 refrigeration unit provides stable cooling with a temperature range of -20°C to +30°C. The core innovation is the engine exhaust waste heat heating system, which utilizes engine exhaust gas to heat the box body’s interlayer through heat exchange using high-temperature-resistant reversing valves and red exhaust hoses. This system addresses the common shortcoming of conventional refrigeration units that lack sufficient heating capacity in low temperatures. Ordinary refrigerated trucks can only cool, and in extremely cold conditions, cargo is prone to freezing damage.
