ISUZU FVR 12m³ Airport & Highway Sweeper Truck
The ISUZU FVR Sweeper Truck is a high-performance sanitation vehicle specifically designed for highways, airport runways, industrial parks, and urban arterial roads. Built on the reliable ISUZU GIGA 4×2 medium-duty chassis with a 5,000mm wheelbase and FVR cab (LHD, A/C, 3 passengers), this vehicle features an ISUZU 6HK1-TCG61 diesel engine delivering 240HP (7,790ml, Euro VI) with a FAST 8-speed manual transmission. The front-mounted device features a black liftable permanent magnetic strip assembly on the front bumper, equipped with two red warning lights. It relies on permanent magnets to adsorb nails, screws, steel slag, and metal fragments from the road surface, preventing punctures to public vehicle tires and protecting side brooms and fan impellers. The integrated partitioned tank structure is divided into three compartments: a 3m³ stainless steel fresh water compartment for high-pressure washing, a 9m³ stainless steel waste/water recovery compartment with built-in sedimentation layering, and a fan cooling & service compartment. The CUMMINS 260hp auxiliary engine powers the high-pressure centrifugal fan – the core power source for dust collection. Side vertical sweep brushes (red hybrid filaments) are hydraulically extendable and liftable, pressing against curbs to sweep leaves, sand, and mud toward the center. Each brush has an integrated spray ring for dust suppression, enabling both dry and wet sweeping modes. The central vacuum suction nozzle, located between the two wheels with yellow floating support wheels, relies on fan negative pressure to draw all debris into the waste tank, self-adapting to potholes and manhole covers.

The cab is equipped with full sweeping electronic controls and dual monitoring displays for centralized operation. Full 24V electrical system powers lights, spray, monitors, and hydraulic power.
3. Integrated 12m³ Partitioned Tank Structure: The upper body features an integrated partitioned tank structure divided into three compartments:
· Fresh Water Compartment (Blue Front Section): 3m³ stainless steel tank stores clean water for high-pressure washing, supplies spray rings, side sprays, and front flush via a high-pressure water pump.
· Waste/Water Recovery Compartment (White Rear Section): 9m³ stainless steel tank stores swept debris, sand, leaves, and wastewater with built-in sedimentation layering.
· Fan Cooling & Service Compartment: Side grilles serve as cooling vents for the high-pressure centrifugal fan.
4. CUMMINS 260hp Auxiliary Engine – Core Power Source: The CUMMINS diesel auxiliary engine powers the high-pressure centrifugal fan, providing the vacuum suction core power source for dust collection. Top mounted: auxiliary engine exhaust, water fill port, and service access panels.
5. Dual Side Sweeping Mechanisms: 2 pcs steel wire brushes (700mm thickness). Hydraulically extendable, liftable – during operation, they press against curbs to sweep leaves, sand, and mud toward the center. Each brush has an integrated spray ring for dust suppression, enabling both dry and wet sweeping modes. Working area 2.8-3.5m (>90 inches).
6. Central Vacuum Suction Nozzle – Self-Adapting: Located between the two wheels with yellow floating support wheels. Relies on fan negative pressure to draw all debris swept by side brooms into the waste tank. Self-adapts to potholes and manhole covers; sealing strips prevent suction loss.
7. Complete Operating Sequence: Front magnetic strip first adsorbs all ferrous sharp debris from the road → side brooms extend outward and lower, spraying water to scrub curbs and gather debris → central suction nozzle generates negative pressure, simultaneously drawing in dust, wastewater, and solid waste → debris is stored in the rear waste tank, with wastewater settled and stored → after operation, rear cover opens hydraulically, tank is tilted for waste dumping.

– The buyers can get a minimum warranty period of 12 months or 25000KM-50000KM, whichever comes first from the arrival date of shipment.
