At the heart of this vehicle is a 7,100 × 2,350 × 2,500 mm refrigerated box constructed with high-density XPS (Extruded Polystyrene) insulation panels – 80mm thick on walls, roof, and floor – sandwiched between 2.0mm glossy FRP (Fiber-Reinforced Plastic) inner and outer skins. This composite structure delivers superior thermal performance, impact resistance, and durability while maintaining a lightweight profile. The floor features an aluminum checker plate surface for heavy-duty loading and easy sanitation – critical for meat transport hygiene.
The refrigeration system is powered by a Carrier Citimax 1100 non-independent direct-drive unit, delivering 10,200 W cooling capacity at 0°C and 5,100 W at -20°C (2,400 rpm). This ensures rapid pulldown and precise temperature maintenance for frozen meat cargo, with a temperature range from -29°C to +30°C.
Designed specifically for meat transport, the box is equipped with two 6.8-meter and three 6-meter stainless steel meat hanging rails, along with corresponding hooks and fittings. Additional features include a side access door, stainless steel 304 door frames and locking hardware, EPDM rubber seals, aluminum alloy corner trims, and reinforced subframe construction with 4.5mm high-strength steel (510L/Q345B).

– The buyers can get a minimum warranty period of 12 months or 25000KM-50000KM, whichever comes first from the arrival date of shipment.
– During this period, we will send replacement parts and components to buyers by DHL, UPS, FEDEX or by air and by sea free of charge, easy-wearing spare parts are excluded.
– After warranty time, buyers can get all of spare parts of their truck at factory cost.
– This warranty does not cover any possible damage due to improper operaton, accident or misuse or damage due to any unauthorized services.
