Working Principle

1. Hook Loading & Unloading of the Container
The hydraulic cylinder extends to rotate the hook arm backward, allowing the container to be unloaded. When the cylinder retracts, the hook arm rotates forward to pull and load the container onto the chassis securely.

2. Container Locking Operation
After the container is loaded, the operator switches the mechanical locking handle to the locked position, ensuring the garbage bin is firmly fixed to the vehicle before operation.

3. Self-Unloading by Tilting
At the disposal site, the rear door of the container is opened, and the hydraulic system lifts the container to a maximum tilt angle together with the hook arm frame. Waste is discharged smoothly by gravity. After unloading, the hydraulic system resets the container and hook arm to their original position, completing the self-dumping process.
