This 4 Axle 80Tons Fence Stake Side Wall Semi trailer is designed for robust performance and versatility in transporting heavy cargo. Equipped with four 13-ton axles, including a front liftable axle, and a combination of mechanical and airbag suspension systems (one airbag, three leaf spring sets), it ensures smooth operation and load stability. Built with JOST 28-ton two-speed landing gear and JOST king pin, it supports container transport efficiently. The trailer features 12 twist locks for secure container handling, a customizable fence/side wall height (1500mm standard, 1000+500mm or custom), and 16 tires (12R22.5) including one spare.
The manufacturing process ensures superior quality, including precision plasma cutting, specialized I-beam submerged arc welding, blasting for surface preparation, electrophoresis coating, epoxy zinc primer application, and thorough assembly of all components. Final packaging is customized according to client requirements.

– The buyers can get a minimum warranty period of 12 months or 25000KM-50000KM, whichever comes first from the arrival date of shipment.
– During this period, we will send replacement parts and components to buyers by DHL, UPS, FEDEX or by air and by sea free of charge, easy-wearing spare parts are excluded.
– After warranty time, buyers can get all of spare parts of their truck at factory cost.
– This warranty does not cover any possible damage due to improper operaton, accident or misuse or damage due to any unauthorized services.

– The buyers can forever enioy technical support anytime and anywhere, overseas technical training before operaton is available at buyers cost or our cost.
Daily Mainteance Suggestion
