The 55m³ Aluminum Bulk Feed Semi-Trailer is a purpose-built transport solution designed to meet the unique challenges of bulk agricultural logistics. Constructed with a lightweight aluminum alloy tank mounted on a high-strength steel chassis, this trailer offers an optimal balance of payload capacity and structural durability. The 55 cubic meter volume is divided into five independent compartments, enabling the transport of multiple feed types in a single journey. The hydraulic discharge system features a top auger with 7.5-meter lift height and 180-degree rotation, delivering unloading rates of up to 750 kg/min. Built on a robust triple-axle chassis with FUWA axles and ABS braking, this trailer ensures stable performance across diverse road conditions.

· High-Strength Steel Chassis: Features a 960mm wide main beam with 200/450mm high, 6mm thick web longitudinal girders constructed from high-tensile steel. This design provides exceptional anti-bending and deformation resistance for long-term durability.
· Reliable Running Gear: Equipped with 3 x 13-ton FUWA axles with ABS, low-pressure alarms, and automatic slack adjusters. The 10+13 leaf spring suspension ensures stability on varied terrains while protecting cargo integrity.

– The buyers can get a minimum warranty period of 12 months or 25000KM-50000KM, whichever comes first from the arrival date of shipment.
– During this period, we will send replacement parts and components to buyers by DHL, UPS, FEDEX or by air and by sea free of charge, easy-wearing spare parts are excluded.
– After warranty time, buyers can get all of spare parts of their truck at factory cost.
– This warranty does not cover any possible damage due to improper operaton, accident or misuse or damage due to any unauthorized services.
