The ISUZU GIGA 6×4 Water Tanker Truck is a purpose-built high-capacity water sprinkler designed for export markets, particularly where food-grade water quality or corrosive coastal conditions are a concern. Built on the ISUZU GIGA 6×4 chassis, it features a 20,000-liter (20 cubic meter / 5,280 US gallon) tank constructed from food-grade SUS304-2B stainless steel (optional SUS316L for salt water or corrosive coastal zones). The tank shell is 5mm thick with 6mm dish heads. The internal structure features multiple transversely welded stainless steel wave-break plates with human-access manholes, minimizing liquid surging during rough road hauling. The water pump is a WEILONG self-priming centrifugal impeller pump, PTO-driven, with a rated suction height of 6 meters and a rated flow rate of 60 m³/h. The multi-function spraying system includes front flushing with adjustable duckbill/cone nozzles (spray width ≥14m) for road cleaning, rear sprinkling with fan-shaped sprayers for wide-area dust control, side spraying with dual-sided nozzles for highway greenbelt and slope irrigation, and a rear water cannon (greenery cannon) with 360° horizontal rotation and variable pitch nozzle (straight stream ≥35m, fine mist/fog mode for dust settling). – The buyers can get a minimum warranty period of 12 months or 25000KM-50000KM, whichever comes first from the arrival date of shipment.
– During this period, we will send replacement parts and components to buyers by DHL, UPS, FEDEX or by air and by sea free of charge, easy-wearing spare parts are excluded.
– After warranty time, buyers can get all of spare parts of their truck at factory cost.
