The FAW Tiger VH CAFU fuel truck (also referred to as a mobile fuel bowser, fuel dispenser truck, or cafu fuel truck) is a purpose-engineered, road-compliant self-propelled refueling unit designed for bulk transport and precision dispensing of diesel, gasoline, or kerosene.
Unlike conventional oil tankers that require external pumps, this integrated fuel delivery truck carries its own metered dispensing system, enabling standalone operation at construction yards, agricultural fields, mining sites, and remote logistics depots.

Built on the robust FAW Tiger VH chassis – a proven platform across Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and South America – this 6000-liter split-compartment tanker merges heavy-duty mobility with retail-grade fuel accuracy. The vehicle complies with international transport safety norms, including ADR-equivalent pneumatic emergency shut-offs and API-compliant discharge outlets.

· Heavy Construction & Earthmoving Sites – Projects involving excavators (20–40 ton class), wheel loaders, graders, and compactors consume 200–500 liters per machine per shift. The FAW Tiger VH CAFU fuel truck travels directly to each machine. The 60 L/min pump and 1-inch reel refuel a 400L excavator in under 7 minutes.

Dual Fuel Refueling System – For Both Diesel & Gasoline Delivery
This CAFU fuel truck is equipped with a complete dual-system configuration for maximum flexibility. The tank is constructed from Q235B carbon steel with 4mm thickness, offering a total volume of 6,000 liters divided into two independent 3,000-liter compartments (a 2,500L + 2,500L configuration is also available). Each compartment features its own independent pump-in and pump-out system, powered by two sets of 2.5-inch oil pumps driven by the vehicle’s PTO.
For fuel dispensing, the truck is fitted with two sets of large-flow fuel dispensers from either TOKHEIM or CENSTAR, both featuring English operation panels. Each dispenser is completely independent, ensuring no mixing of different fuel types. The system is completed with a 15-meter, 1-inch fueling reel and two sets of fueling nozzles.
Carbon Steel Cover – Smart Control & Dispensing Technology
The fuel tank is overall covered by carbon steel (an optional aluminum alloy cover is also available), providing enhanced physical protection against impacts and theft, a clean professional appearance for branding, and weather resistance for long-term outdoor storage.
The smart control system includes lighting controls, refueling control (pump on/off and dispenser on/off), liquid level display with digital readout per compartment, and bottom valve pneumatic control. As standard safety equipment, the truck comes with two 4KG fire extinguishers and one static grounding belt.
Safety Technology – Because Safety Is What We Care About Most
Every CAFU fuel truck is built with a comprehensive safety system. At the bottom of each tank, one aluminum alloy pneumatic sea bottom valve is installed. On the top of each tank, one European standard manhole cover is fitted, complete with breather valves, overflow probes, anti-spill design, locking mechanism, and louvered flip-top. An electronic liquid level meter is installed on the top of each tank, providing real-time data to the rear display.
The rear of the box body is equipped with an operation chamber featuring an aluminum alloy rolling door. The refueling machine and reel are installed inside the chamber, which is also equipped with lighting fixtures.
Additional safety features include a vapour recovery system to reduce emissions and prevent fuel evaporation, overflow probes to avoid spills during tank filling, and explosion-proof components including Class A pneumatic bottom valves with voice alerts, API discharge ports, and static conductor reels to neutralize static electricity. The vehicle is also fitted with Ex-proof or LED lamps for enhanced emergency readiness.
Fuel Tank Specifications – Durability and Precision
The 6,000-liter fuel tank is split into dual 3,000-liter compartments, enabling the transport of multiple fuel types in a single trip. The tank is constructed from 4mm carbon steel for the shell and end plates, with 3.6mm baffles inside to prevent fuel surge damage during transport and extend the life of the chassis.
Each tank undergoes a 100% hydrostatic test before painting, held at 1.5 times working pressure for 30 minutes to verify leak-proof integrity. The tank is then encased in a steel box for added durability and security. For fuel management, the truck uses two aluminum alloy or carbon steel oil pumps, two Censtar or Tokheim dispensers (ticket printer optional), two 15-meter hoses with nozzles, and Class A electronic level gauges with LED screen readout.
Customization and Additional Features
The truck is fully customizable to meet diverse operational needs. High-standard painting with custom colors and logos is available for corporate branding. An aluminum alloy rear door option provides a lightweight yet durable access point for the operation cabinet. API-compliant ports ensure compatibility with global fuel transfer systems.
For fleet management, a GPS tracking system allows you to follow the location of your truck fleet via mobile app. A fuel box monitoring system lets you track truck fuel consumption online and avoid fuel theft risk. Other upgrade options include pump capacity upgrade to 100/50 L/min, hose length customizable up to 20 meters, and LHD/RHD configuration to suit your local driving regulations.

– The buyers can get a minimum warranty period of 12 months or 25000KM-50000KM, whichever comes first from the arrival date of shipment.
– During this period, we will send replacement parts and components to buyers by DHL, UPS, FEDEX or by air and by sea free of charge, easy-wearing spare parts are excluded.
– After warranty time, buyers can get all of spare parts of their truck at factory cost.
– This warranty does not cover any possible damage due to improper operaton, accident or misuse or damage due to any unauthorized services.
