The Sinotruk Sitrak Intelligent Asphalt Distributor is a professional-grade computerized spraying vehicle engineered for road construction contractors and highway agencies demanding precise, uniform asphalt application. Built on the robust Sinotruk Sitrak 4×2 heavy-duty chassis with a 3,800mm wheelbase and a Euro V compliant diesel engine producing 115kW at 2800rpm, this vehicle features a 10,000-liter tank constructed from high-quality carbon steel. The RIELLO burner heating system efficiently maintains asphalt at optimal temperature for proper flow and adhesion. Each spray nozzle can be controlled individually from the driving cab via pneumatic cylinders, allowing operators to freely adjust spraying width with sharp start and stop – eliminating messy overlaps and gaps. The design of fan-shaped spray nozzles helps to realize perfect spraying effect and good uniformity across the entire working width. – The buyers can get a minimum warranty period of 12 months or 25000KM-50000KM, whichever comes first from the arrival date of shipment.
– During this period, we will send replacement parts and components to buyers by DHL, UPS, FEDEX or by air and by sea free of charge, easy-wearing spare parts are excluded.
– After warranty time, buyers can get all of spare parts of their truck at factory cost.
– This warranty does not cover any possible damage due to improper operaton, accident or misuse or damage due to any unauthorized services.
